Sometimes it is hard to understand the paths that are taken and those abstained. Other times things seem much clearer, and then just for a moment, everything feels just right. As some of you may have noticed, I've been on a bit of a hiatus. I have been focusing on other areas of my life, and now I am hoping to jump back into my writing in this forum. Obviously, my candidate was not selected and the worse President the United States stepped up to the plate. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I was appalled and only seemed to find relief in the fact that not only did he lose the popular vote by the largest margin ever recorded, but it would seem that thousands like myself were just as outraged by the turn of events in the Election of 2016.
